Cecily strong

Cecily Legler Strong, an American stand-up comic and actress, is famous for her work in the role of a cast member on 'Saturday Night Live.' Her professional career started with theatre, but she was attracted to comedy after she took an improv workshop at 9 years old. The initial plan was to become an actor, but soon she discovered that the thing she really enjoys is comedy. Then she switched to doing Improv. The first time she performed was aboard cruise ships along with crew members from Second City Conservatory and iO Chicago. Strong participated in popular shows such as Chicago Sketch Fest and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She has also performed with Virgin Daiquiri - an all-female group - and New York Sketchfest. In 2012, she became a celebrity after she appeared at the end of "Saturday Night Live" during the 39th season as a guest cast member hosting Weekend Update with Seth Meyers initially, and Colin Jost later. Cecily's character from "The Girls You'd Like to Not Engage in Conversations with at Parties" was the most reminscent part of the show. In the same year she made her movie debut in 'How To Sponsor A Uterus.
