The actress was formerly a professional model and actress. When she gained international recognition her acting career began. She began in 1995 performing on Baywatch Nights. It is also a form of voice acting she can be found doing. She voiced the character for the animated film adaptation of Batman Beyond Return of the Joker. Harmon was able to decide in the early 2000s that she would only be working on films, and stop making appearances on TV programs.
